What is the best Photo Editing Software proffessional for a beginner?
I'm trying to get into photography more, he was always more of a hobby a profession but I'm looking in vain proffesional soon. What is a photo editing software that I can get good? I tried Photoshop CS4 and Lightroom or soemthing but I could not figure out how to use some features. I especially like effects such as sepia black and white, with focus points of color .. taste (black and white, then a burst of color .. sorry, I do not know the technical terms.) And of course also touches .. I want something I can play with a little … Any ideas / Advice? Cheaper is better, since I'm just starting … very easily and with different characteristics, are really what I'm looking away! Thanks!
