where can I download a freetrial Adobe Photoshop CS3 or CS4?

You can not download from adobe.com in? The free version it is. Got a picture that I I really want to edit there. And I've had experiences lame download photoshop I think / thought it was legitimate, the real thing, but it was by downloading a process and nothing appeared. sucks lol. Finally someone let me know thanks.
