Does anyone know if there is a Photo Editing program I could use to add the accent color for my picture?

The easy way do this if you do not know how to use Photoshop is to use www.picnik.com, you just upload your image, then go to edit, and afterwards you'll create and then make the picture black and white, and then you use the brush to select the areas you want in color
