Photoshop or something similar?

suck my wedding picture and I'm looking for a free download softwear that I can use to edit them, esp. be able to move people and things that keep people of color, but change the background to B & W, how you do it?

You can download a free version of Photoshop here: http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?platform=windows&product=39 To keep some people of color, while others B & W, you have to select the area you want in B & W (use 1. the magnetic lasso tool or two. the pen tool, then click the outline and choose "make selection."). Then go to Image – Adjustments -> Black and White and you can adjust the B & W on your selection of this way. This is not an easy task, but be patient. Hope this helped.
